A beautiful Angel was sent to take our precious Briana Kay Schroeder Graham home, at 3:52 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the Columbus Regional Hospital surrounded by family and friends. Briana was 37, and of Taylorsville.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Bryce Daugherty will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
Born on October 24, 1985 in Columbus, Briana was the loving daughter of Brian and Lori (Daugherty) Schroeder. She was united in marriage to Kurt Graham on December 23, 2015, in Columbus. He survives. Together they have two children, son, Urijah and daughter, Layla.
Briana was a homemaker; she kept a tidy house and spotless yard. She collected Angels and loved the great outdoors. She was a dog lover. Most of all she loved being a mommy and cherished raising her sweet babies.
In addition to her husband and children, Kurt, Urijah, and Layla Graham all of Taylorsville, survivors include parents, Brian and Lori Schroeder of Paris Crossing; sister, Amanda (Nick) Graham of North Vernon; brother, Brian (Lesli) Schroeder of North Vernon; aunts and uncles, Gregg (Nancy) Daugherty of Westport, Gerry (Dot) Daugherty of North Vernon, Grant (Terra) Daugherty of Nebraska, IN., Doug (Sheri) Schroeder of North Vernon, Greg Schroeder of Brewersville, Jeff Schroeder of North Vernon, and Jenny Broome of Spencer; nephews, John Jerome Patterson, Matthew Comer, Hunter Graham, Liam Schroeder, Jude Schroeder, Charlie Graham, and Noah Graham; in-laws, Karl (Pamela Graham of Taylorsville, brother in-law, Johnah (Aimee) Graham of Louisville; sister in-law, Karla (Billy) Fidoe of Louisville, Ky.; several cousins and other relatives.
Briana was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Ruth Schroeder, and Lewis and Sharon Daugherty; aunt, Tamika Schroeder; uncle, John D. Schroeder; and cousin, Jacob Ray Daugherty.
