Mr. William H. Neely

William H. Neely, 74, of Columbus passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Neely was born on April 1, 1936 in Louisville, KY., he was the son of the late William Delbert and Mildred Brooks Neely. He married Mae Marie Shelton. She preceded him in death.

William had worked as superintendent for NRS Inc.

He is survived by three sons, Colen Neely of Indianapolis, William D. Neely of Columbus, and Ken Neely of North Vernon; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hildenbrand, Buddy Dove, Michelle Neely, Christina Neely, and Ashley Neely, and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two sons, Joseph Carl and Daryl Wayne Neely.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be held at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 1:00 pm. with Rev. Mitch Coggin officiating Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
