Mr. William Richard Gevedon

Rick Gevedon, 54, of Milton, KY, passed away at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at King's Daughters Hospital in Madison.

Born on March 26, 1955 in Seymour, IN, he was the son of William J. and Marjorie Covington Gevedon.

Rick was a self employed Medi-Cab driver. He was a member of the Eagles Club in North Vernon, and enjoyed working on cars and working with computers.

He is survived his mother Marjorie Marcum of Deputy; a daughter, Michelle Lovell of Moss, TN; companion, Anna Versweyveld of Milton, KY, grandchildren, Taylor Lynn, and Sebrina Mobley, and Jada Lovell; uncle, Roy Covington; aunts, Mary Peters, Velma Marling, Joan Ehman, Janie Roberson, and Rita Wickens; and step-grandmother, Edith Gevedon of North Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be will be conducted Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Sawyer - Pickett Funeral Home in North Vernon. Rev. David Eisenmenger will officiate. Visitation will be from 12 Noon until the time of the service. Interment will be in Dupont Cemetery.
