Mr. William Flowers

William L. Flowers, 73, of North Vernon passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at his home.

Born on November 19, 1936, in New Castle, Indiana was the son of the late Clifford and Katherine Luke Flowers. He later married Jackie Richman Flowers, she preceded him in death.

Mr. Flowers had been a member of the United States Army. He had been employed by General Motors in Anderson, In. He was a graduate of New Castle High School. He had been a handyman in town and had been a newspaper columnist on organizing your garage.

He is survived by his sons, Kenneth Scott (Sherrill) Flowers of Indianapolis, IN., Kent DeWitt (Lois) Flowers of Mesa AZ., Kris Eric (Robyn) Flowers of Gilbert AZ., five grandchildren, Tye, Kendra, Kim, Lindsay and Justin and four great-grandchildren, Devin, Steiner, Braylen and Landon.

He was preceded in death by his wife, 3 brothers and one sister.
