Virginia M. Rasner

Virginia M. Rasner, 94, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015, at Heritage Park in Fort Wayne.

Born August 23, 1921, in Anderson, IN, Virginia was the daughter of the late Chester and Lyda (Mitchell) Carpenter. She married Chester Rager, and he preceded her in death. She later married Mote Beeman and Ernest Rasner, and they both preceded her in death.

Survivors include niece, Kay Moore of Fort Wayne.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Chester Rager, Mote Beeman and Ernest Rasner; son, Jerry Rager; stepson, Jack Rager; two brothers, Chester and Clarence Carpenter; and two sisters, Hazel Pekinpaugh and Harriett Hilligoss.

Funeral Information

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements were entrusted to Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
