Virginia Patterson, 44, of North Vernon, passed away at 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Schneck Medical Center.

There is no service planned at this time. Cremation was chosen.

Born on January 23, 1977, in Seymour, Virginia was the loving daughter of Dennis and Rosetta (Lindsay) Carmichael. She was united in marriage to Max Patterson II on March 3, 2007. He survives.

Virginia was a member of the Worship Center. She enjoyed collecting anything to with baby Yoda. She cherished spending time with family and friends. Virginia was known for her kindness and for always being there to help others. She loved her cats and dogs.

In addition to her husband Max Patterson II of North Vernon, survivors include mom, Rosetta Carmichael of North Vernon; daughter, Haley Kessinger of North Vernon; sons, Josh Kessinger of Kentucky, and Ray Austin Kessinger of North Vernon; brother, Dennis "Mike" (Jeniffer) Carmichael of Butlerville.

Virginia was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Carmichael.
