Thomas Irvin Chadd Jr., 49, of Brownstown, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021, in Brownstown.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Rev. Frank McGee will officiate. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Born on July 4, 1972, in Seymour, Thomas was the loving son of Thomas I. Chadd Sr. and Teresa (Bryant) Lee.

Thomas previously had worked at George's in Seymour; he did masonry work. He enjoyed fishing and building models. He loved his sons and was a great father to them. Thomas was a good brother and will be missed.

He is survived by a son, Lyric Chadd; brother Tracy J. Chadd of North Vernon; sister, Tonia (Ralph) Williams of Seymour.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Irvin Chadd Sr. and Teresa Lee.
