It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Fon Butler on Sept 17, 2025 in Royerton Indiana. Tom was born on July 18, 1953 in Winchester Indiana, but grew up in Royerton and graduated from Delta High School and attended Butler University where he played football. He was a Equipment Salesman for Case, Bobcat, MacAllister Caterpillar, New Holland, and Southeastern Equipment. He enjoyed racing his horses and following grandchildren's events. He is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Candy Butler, children, Abigail Desmarais(Jon) Kate Meyer(David), Emily Justice (Jordan), mother of his daughters, Jacki Butler, and Aaron Ertle and Kaitlin Anderson (Josh) Grandchildren Stella, Brady, Evan, Charlotte, Nolan Desmarais, Leo and Sam Meyer, Luna, Willow, Indigo, and Aura Justice, Valerie and Vincent Anderson, brother Dan Butler ( Sherry) Noblesville, sisters, Sue Miller (Dave) Marcia Ludington, Parker City, In, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Mother and Father, Jack and Sammie Butler (Amick), twin brothers, Rick and Rodney Butler, Brother-in-Law Fred Ludington, nephews, Tyler and Matt Butler.

A Celebration of Life will be held for friends and family on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
