Obituary
Stanley Dean Edelen, 59, of North Vernon, passed away at 5:49 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2020, at the Columbus Regional Hospital.
There are no services planed at this time. Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service are entrusted with arrangements.
Born November 6, 1960, in New Albany, Stanley was the son of Joseph Stanley Edelen and Mae (Pigg) Garvin.
Stanley served our country in the Army after High School. He enjoyed playing guitar, woodworking, and liked working on motors.
Stanley is survived by daughter, Stella Pham of Hazard, KY; brothers, Joseph Edelen of North Vernon, Robin Edelen of Borden, and Michael Garvin of New Albany; one grandchild; uncle, Dexter Pigg of Wabash.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Edelen and Mae Garvin.
