Sharon Lee Craft, 81, of Dupont passed away at 8:59 PM at the Waters of Dillsboro Tuesday, December 8, 2020.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Sawyer – Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Interment will be in Union Flat Rock Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.

Born September 5, 1939, in Jennings County, Sharon was the daughter of Omar E. and Marvel E. Ellis Speer. She married Kenneth Craft on April 18, 1975.

Sharon graduated from North Vernon High School in 1957. She worked twenty-three years as a Psychiatric Attendant at Muscatatuck State Developmental Center.

She is survived by children, Deborah (Randy) Duncil, and Holly (Richard) Rothert; brother, Harold W. Speer of Dillsboro; sisters, Barbara McIntosh of Commiskey, and Carol Alexander of Madison; ten grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Dale Low; stepdaughter, Kenda Webb; stepson, Kenneth Craft Jr.; siblings, Rolland E. Speer, Mary Marsh, Marilyn Warnell, Lonnie Speer, James O. Speer, and Thomas Speer.
