It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Robert Henry Bruner, who departed this life on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on December 15, 1951, in Alhambra, California, he was the son of Freddy G. and Raquel Ferre' Bruner. He married Cynthia Swan. She preceded him in death.

Robert dedicated his professional life to the security industry, serving as a security guard at Sears, where he was known for his diligence and commitment to ensuring the safety of others. Prior to that, he worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), demonstrating his compassionate nature and commitment to helping those in need.

In addition to his professional contributions, Robert was a devoted animal lover, particularly fond of his cats, which brought him much joy and companionship. He also enjoyed participating in bowling, finding pleasure in the sport and the camaraderie it provided with friends and family.

Robert is survived by his beloved brother, Russell Bruner, and sister in law Stella; and his caring sister, Karen Richie; seventy-four nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Freddy and Raquel Bruner; wife, Cynthia Bruner; sons, Bobby and, Scotty Bruner;and brother, Ernest Bruner.
