Patricia Jean Badgett, 70, of North Vernon, passed away at 4:25 p.m., on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at home.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service.

Born on September 6, 1951, in Bethesda, MD, Patricia was the loving daughter of Louis and Marilyn (Silliman) Badgett. They both preceded her in death.

Patricia graduated from Butler High School in Louisville Kentucky. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones.

Patricia is survived by daughter, Ilese (Scott) Anderson of North Vernon; son, Thomas Brock of North Vernon; sister, Mary Jo Badgett of North Vernon; brother, Paul Badgett of North Vernon; grandchildren, Abigail (Hayden) Decker, Carissa Sabelhaus, and Emily Sabelhaus; companion, Richard Taylor of North Vernon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Marilyn Badgett.
