Mrs. Nancy Noonan

September 30, 1942 - September 26, 2012

Nancy L. Noonan, 69, of North Vernon, passed away on September 26, 2012, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital.

Born September 30, 1942, Nancy was the daughter of the late Paul and Sophia Reder Shaffer. She married Pat Noonan on June 11, 1960. He survives.

Nancy had been employed as a certified nursing assistant and qualified medication aide. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. She enjoyed going to garage sales and playing bingo.

In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by her daughter, Dana Woodall of North Vernon; son, Patrick W. Noonan, Jr., of Merrillville; and grandchildren, Ann Marie, Jessica and Natasha Noonan.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 1, 2012, at Seventh-day Adventist Church in North Vernon. Pastor Harvey Kornegay will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday at the church.
