Ms. Mary Lee Gibson

May 19, 1930 - December 17, 2012

Mary Lee Gibson, 82, of North Vernon, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012, at Jennings Health Care Center.

Born May 19, 1930, in Kentucky, Ms. Gibson was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Comstock Eggenspiller.

Ms. Gibson enjoyed quilting, sewing, making dolls and canning.

Ms. Gibson is survived by a daughter Deborah (Enoch Jr.) Kirtman of North Vernon; 2 sons, Stan (Teri) Brading of Salisbury, NC and Kenneth Boucher of Columbus; a brother John Eggenspiller of Colorado; 2 sisters, Bertha Berchfield of Texas and Sarah Smith of Portland, IN; grandchildren, James and Lisa Hoffman, Mandy and Travis Giefer, Jerry and Melanie Mitchell, Tom and Brittany Brading, Addie Brading, Joe Mitchell, Carolyn Mitchell, Wayne Kirtman and Stanley (Nicole) Middlestad and 18 great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Mary Mitchell and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Rev. Edward Wooddell will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home on Friday, December 21, 2012. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
