Marcella C. Magoteaux, 95, of Union City, OH passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at her residence. She was born July 10, 1921 in North Vernon, IN, daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Gasper Kreutzjans.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at St. Mary's Church.  Rev. Jerry Byrd will officiate.  Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30th at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Marcella worked at Weaver Brothers in Versailles, OH; she also belonged to St. Mary's Catholic Church in North Vernon, IN.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary (Tom T.) Hall of Union City, OH; 8 grandchildren, Michelle (Eric) Elliott, Sherrie (Dean) Pipenger, Stacey (Craig) Johnson, Kimball Miller, Debra Miller, Scott (Ida) Hall, Krista (Ron) Hines, Katrina (Mark) Wagaman; 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Ed Kreutzjans and George Kreutzjans; nieces and nephews also.

She was preceded by her parents; first husband, Arthur Ruble "1952," second husband, Linus F. Magoteaux "1977;" a grandson, Zachary Elliott; son-in-law, Richard Holderman; 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
