Louise Leach, 98, of Commiskey, passed away at 6:20 a.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at home.

A graveside will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021, at the Dupont Cemetery. All attending are REQUIRED to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service are entrusted with the arrangements.

Born on October 6, 1922, in Commiskey, Louise was the loving daughter of William and Opal (Corya) Baker. She was united in marriage to Harry Leach. He precedes her in death.

Louise was a homemaker all her life who was appreciated for her fine cooking and baking skills. She was a member of the Commiskey First Church of God. Louise cherished spending time making memories with her family and friends.

She is survived by sons, James Lee Leach of Anderson, and Steven Kent Leach of Commiskey; daughter, Malinda Macey of Sausalito, CA; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, William and Opal Baker; husband, Harry Leach; son, Harry Dean Leach; six sisters.
