Lillie Mae Collinsworth, 72, of North Vernon, passed away at 10:28 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at Majestic Care in North Vernon.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at Pisgah Cemetery in Deputy, IN. Rev. Frank McGee will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service.

Born on June 9, 1948, in Gays Creek, Kentucky, Lillie was the loving daughter of Benny and Jessie (Young) Barrett. She was united in marriage to James Collinsworth. He preceded her in death.

Lillie had retired from Onkeo. She loved flowers, gardening, and being outdoors. Lillie enjoyed playing bingo. In her free time, she liked sewing and quilting.

Lillie is survived by son, Thomas Barrett of Underwood, IN; daughter, Jackie Shadday of North Vernon; sisters, Betsy King of Ohio, and Reba Harbeson of Corydon; grandchildren, Anthony, Brett, Alisha, and Eli Shadday, Shanda, and Justin Barrett, Noah, Isiah, and Lillia Barrett.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Benny and Jessie Barrett; husband, James Collinsworth; sons, David, and Jason Barrett; eleven brothers and sisters.
