Lawrence C. Luedeman, 72, North Vernon, passed away at 5:40 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the Schneck Medical Center in Seymour. There will be a funeral service conducted at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Bob Ochs will officiate. Burial will be in the Hayden Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service on Wednesday, at the funeral home. Born on January 27, 1951, in Seymour, Lawrence was the loving son of Clyde and Rita (Burgmeier) Luedeman. They preceded him in death. Lawrence retired from Cummins Inc. He enjoyed baseball and loved dogs. Lawrence is survived by his sons, Larry (Angela) Luedeman, and Ted (Kristin) Luedeman all of Seymour; grandchildren, Cole, Mara, Zack, Zoey, and Jaelyn Luedeman; brothers, Tom Luedeman of North Vernon, and John Luedeman of Seymour, and Tony Luedeman of Seymour; companion, Cher Webber of North Vernon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Rita Luedeman; brothers, Steve and Jerry Luedeman. Memorials can be made through the funeral home to Mercy Rescue.
