Mr. Larry Wayne Robbins

Larry Wayne Robbins, 61 of North Vernon passed away at 9:10 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the South Central Indiana Hospice Inpatient Facility in Columbus.
Born February 2, 1950 in North Vernon, Larry was the son of the late Charles and Juanita Tatem Robbins. He married Pamela Gilham and had been employed at Just-Rite Grocery in North Vernon from age 18 as a meat cutter until their closing at which time he became employed at IGA.
Larry enjoyed fishing, his cats, watching NASCAR and the Cincinnati Bengals, but most of all, spending time with his granddaughter.
Mr. Robbins is survived by his wife Pamela Robbins of North Vernon, a daughter, Brandy (Jim) Blevins of North Vernon, a son, Brian Robbins of North Vernon, a granddaughter Jackie Blevins, and a sister, Terri Williamson of Florida.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Judy Pickett.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home on Friday evening and from 10 AM until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
