Karen M. Everhart

Karen M. Everhart, 54, of North Vernon, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital.

Born January 30, 1960, in Seymour, Karen was the daughter of the late Bernard and Treva Cowan Everhart.

Before her illness, Karen had worked at Regal Rugs, and then at Hanson Construction. She was a member of the Eagles, and she enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include a son, Jared (Hannah) Everhart of North Vernon; two brothers, Kenny (Susie) Everhart of Illinois and Bernard Everhart of North Vernon; three sisters, Roberta (Charlie) Montgomery of Seymour, Patsy (Don) Holland of Washington, IN, and Cindy (Steve) Long of North Vernon; and a granddaughter, Shaylah Everhart.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Information

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
