Judith Kay Gold, 85, of Linton formerly of North Vernon, passed away at 6:43 p.m., on Friday, December 27, 2024, at the Glenburn Senior Living in Linton, IN.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Deacon Larry French will officiate. Burial will be in the Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the start of the service on Friday.

Born on September 12, 1939, in Monroe County, IN, Judith was the loving daughter of Olaf "Kiko" and Mary Edith (Eads) Knight.

Judith was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church. She had earned a bachelor's degree from IUPUI.  She retired after 35 years of service at Peerless Pump in Indianapolis, IN and worked an additional 5 years as a grant writer for the Jennings County Health Department.

Left to cherish Judith's memory is son, Mark (Lisa) Bonnewell of Freedom, IN; Grandchildren, Allan (Jerrica) Bonnewell of Dugger, IN; Jeffery (Courtney) Bonnewell of Trafalgar, IN and Sarah (Mike) Scherer of Freedom, IN. Great grandchildren, Mason, Jazzalyn, Rosali, and Henry Bonnewell, Leia, and Benjamin Scherer.

She was preceded in death by parents, Olaf "Kiko" and Mary Edith Knight; first husband, Robert C. Bonnewell; second husband, Ronald E. Gold; son, Jeffery Bonnewell; brothers, Frank and Robert Knight; sisters, Bernadine Hodson, and Mary Jo "Jody" Blake; great grandson, Johnathan Bonnewell.
