Jerrold Miller, 48, of Vernon, passed away at 4:55 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2017, at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September, 27, 2017, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.

Born May 11, 1969, in Richmond, IN, Jerrold was the son of the late Jerry Wayne and Leah Maxwell Miller.  He graduated from Jennings County High School.  He married Connie Williams.  She survives.

Jerrold worked at Valeo and had previously worked for the Indiana State Highway Department.  He enjoyed Jeep rides and spending time with his children.

In addition to his wife, Connie, Jerrold is survived by three daughters, Chelsie Miller of North Vernon, Lindsay Miller of Sellersburg and Kaylin Miller of Columbus; one son, Jesse Miller of Columbus; two brothers, John (Pam) Miller and Joe (Linda) Miller all of North Vernon; and five grandchildren, Cadence and Scotty Edwards, Goku Turner, Landon Chalut and Evie Cook.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Leah Miller.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
