Jason Earl Wilson, 58, of North Vernon, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at home.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Rev. Jamie Jessie will officiate. Burial will be in the Scipio Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the service at the funeral service.

Born on October 5, 1966, in Greensburg, Jason was the loving son of the late Rev. Glen "Tommie" Wilson and Shirlie (Caffee) Wilson.

Jason served his country proudly in the United States Army. He worked for Hoosier Air Trucking and loved being a semi driver. Jason was a member of Freedom Missionary Baptist Church and the Association of Christian Truckers. He enjoyed collecting trucks and was a very loving person.

Left to cherish Jason's memory are his daughters, Sharon Tucker of Oklohoma City, OK, Evelyn (Richie) Christopher, Ava Wilson, Adrian Wilson all of North Vernon; son, Dillon Wilson of North Vernon; step son, Dominic Eldridge of North Vernon; grandchildren, Cooper, Walker, Kimberlynn, Nathaniel, and Alexander; brothers, Rickie (Dawn) Wilson, Steve Wilson, Donnie (Debi) Wilson all of North Vernon; sister, Debbie Clements of North Vernon; Long time companion, Melissa Eldridge of North Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Glen Wilson and Shirlie Wilson; sons, Daniel and Samuel Wilson; daughter, Karen Wilson; brother, Timmie Wilson.
