Jason Daniel Gee, 40, of Seymour, passed away at 3:19 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Tippecanoe County.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Rev. Dan Corbin will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the start of the service on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the funeral home.

Born on October 14, 1983, in Columbus, Jason was the loving son of Jeff Gee and Rebecca Hodapp. They survive.

Jason was a Graduate of Seymour High School and was an honor student. He had worked at Faurecia in Columbus. Jason enjoyed preaching God's word and was an ordained minister known as Rev. Jason Gee to all who loved him. He had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing. He was of the Apostolic Pentecostal faith.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Rebecca Hodapp; father, Jeff (Diana) Gee of North Vernon; brother, Matthew (Rachel) Gee of Grayson, KY; sisters, Amanda Gee of Seymour, and Emily Hodapp of Columbus; grandmother, Evon Pauline Eaton of Columbus; several nieces and nephews.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Ralph Hodapp, Joseph and Kathleen Gee.
