Janice Lee Avila, 58, of Centerville, IN, passed away at 10:46 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Reid Hospital in Richmond.

Born April 27, 1958, in Seymour, Janice was the daughter of Emery Westover and Lillian (Swindall) Goldman. She married Ernest Avila, and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include her mother, Lillian Goldman of Butlerville; and two daughters, Andrea Jean Sullivan and Taelisha Lynn Sullivan of Louisville.

Janice was preceded in death by her father and husband, Ernest.

In accordance with her wishes there will be no service. Arrangements were entrusted to Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
