Helen Marie Schultz McAuliffe, 100 of North Vernon passed away at 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.
Born June 3, 1911 in Vincennes, Helen was the daughter of the late Henry and Louise T. Ertel Schultz.
Helen had been a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. McAuliffe.
She is survived by her six children: Margaret McAuliffe Reinhart of Louisville, Joseph F. (Jean Ann) McAuliffe of Cincinnati, Patricia McAuliffe (Thomas) Rice of North Vernon, Michele McAuliffe (Guy) Hempel of South Carolina, Kathleen McAuliffe (John) Miller of Bloomington, and Richard T. (Cindy) McAuliffe of Grand Rapids, MI, nineteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral Information

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in North Vernon with Rev. Jonathan Meyer officiating. There will be no public visitation. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
