Evan Max Dubben, 26, of North Vernon, passed away at 4:26 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025, at home.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service.

Born on February 19, 1999, in Columbus, Evan was the loving son of Justin Dubben and Dana Delameter. They survive.

Evan was a 2018 graduate of Jennings County High School, where he participated on the swim team. He set the record for the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relay during his time swimming. Evan enjoyed doing art, woodburning, and was good at wheeling and dealing.

Left to cherish his memory is his father, Justin Dubben of Bloomington; mother, Dana Delameter of North Vernon; brothers, Alan (Savanna) Michi of North Vernon, Nathan Dubben of North Vernon, Landon Symons of North Vernon, and Justin Dubben Jr. of Greenwood; grandmother, Diane Marble of South Carolina; grandfather, Chester Delameter of New York; nieces and nephews, Jasper Michi, Violet Michi, Kayson Dubben, and Julian Dubben.

Memorials can be made through the funeral home to the Jennings County Swim Team.
