Mr. Donald John "Nick" Niccolai II

Donald John "Nick" Niccolai, II, 52, of North Vernon, formerly of Vallejo, CA, passed away on April 3, 2012, at his residence.

Born May 10, 1959, in Oakland, CA, Nick was the son of the late Donald John and Louise Rossi Niccolai. He married Paula Greathouse Niccolai. She survives.

Nick retired from the US Army as a 1st Sgt, where he received Moritorians Service and Army Commendation Medals. He moved from Vallejo, CA, to North Vernon in 1998. He was employed by Securitas as a security guard. He enjoyed boating and mowing grass.

Mr. Niccolai is survived by his wife; sons Joshua (Jennifer) Niccolai of Columbus and Kris Niccolai of Muncie; daughter Colby Niccolai of North Vernon; granddaughters, Olivia Sharp and Marlee Staten; sister Cathy Niccolai of CA; step-sister Liz Lorencana of CA and step-brother Chuck Lockrem of CA.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
