Christopher Dale Brock

October 28, 1970 - June 19, 2010

Christopher Dale Brock, 39, of Andover, Minn. and formerly of North Vernon passed away on June 19, 2010 as the result from injuries from a traffic accident in Scott, Wis..

Mr. Brock was born on October 28, 1970 in Seymour. He was the son of Terry Lee and Sally Ann Smith Brock. He married Heather Ferguson in September 1999 in Bedford. She survives.

Mr. Brock was a software consultant. He was a1989 graduate of Jennings County High School, earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, target shooting and fishing.

He is survived by his parents, wife, two sons, Ryan and Lucas Brock of Andover; and a brother Clinton ( Bethany) Brock of Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arvil and June Brock, and Marvin and Elizabeth Smith.

Funeral Information

A prayer service will be conducted at St. Joseph Church with the Rev. Jonathan Meyer officiating on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at11:00 a.m. Visitation will be on Saturday at 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at the Smallwood Cemetery near Brownstown with military rites. Sawyer~Pickett Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
