Obituary
Charlotte Evelyn Large, 88, of North Vernon, passed away at 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
No services are being planned. Cremation was requested. Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Born October 5, 1930, in Frankfort, IN, Charlotte was the daughter of George and Freida Wright Mitchell. She was married to Vernon Large for 51 years. He preceded her in death on November 30, 2013. Her husband and her family were Charlotte's life.
Charlotte is survived by two daughters, Judy Cornett of North Vernon and Sheryl Large of Frankfort; a son, George (Linda) Large of Frankfort; a brother, Robert Mitchell of Frankfort; a sister, Marilyn Mitchell of Kokomo; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Large; and two brothers, Max and Morris Mitchell.
