Obituary
Charles Russell Castetter, 72, of North Vernon passed away at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Majestic Care in North Vernon.
There are no services planned at this time.
Born August 8, 1948, in Seymour, Charles was the son of Wilford and Frances Miles Castetter.
He served in the United States Navy. He was a fun-loving free-spirited guy who was a talented carpenter, plumber, and electrician. He loved playing his guitar and spending time with his friends.
Charles is survived by his son, Ian Castetter of Columbus; daughters, Amy Coronado of TX, and Melanie Stone of CO; sisters, Mary (Brad) Hendricks, and Patti Leonard of North Vernon; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joe Castetter; sister, Coleen Phares.
