Mr. Cecil Gerald Marksberry

May 30, 1942 - June 18, 2008

Cecil Gerald Marksberry, 66, of North Vernon, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Columbus Health and Rehab Center.

Born May 30, 1942 in Scipio, he was the son of Cecil and Mary Bennett Marksberry, they preceded him.

Mr. Marksberry was retired from Regal Rugs. He enjoyed woodworking.

Mr. Marksberry is survived by a brother, Kevin Brinkerhoff of Portland, IN, and a sister, Linda Angel of North Vernon.

Mr. Marksberry was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Donald Melvin, two sisters, Rosie Wilkerson and Sharon Mays.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be at 1 PM on Monday, June 23, 2008 at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral Home with the Rev. John Willis officiating. Burial will be in the Baldwin Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 11 AM until the time of the service.
