Ms. Cathleen Royse

Cathleen Royse, 43, of North Vernon, passed away at 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2015, at her residence.

Born December 12, 1971, in Columbus, Cathleen was the daughter of Calvin and Etta (Dixon) Royse.

Cathleen attended Graham Creek Elementary, Lydia Middleton Elementary School in Madison, Madison Diagnostic Center and Jennings County High School. She loved flowers, animals, music, outdoor life, and especially her parents.

Survivors include her parents; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Beatrice and Bob Meadows; grandparents, Kirby and Laura Dixon; grandfather, Vernon Luke Royse; and great grandparents, Attilla and Goldie James.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Rev. Ronald Evans will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Dupont Cemetery.
