Carolyn J. Minger

Carolyn J. Minger, 77, of Elizabethtown, passed away on August 23, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born on June 4, 1934 in Linngrove, IN, Carolyn was the daughter of Alfred and Edith Kyle Minger.

Ms. Minger retired from Indiana Bell where she worked as a service observer. She enjoyed reading, dogs and researching genealogy.

She is survived by her brother, Allen (Linda) Minger of Elizabethtown and nephews Aaron Minger of North Vernon and Daryl McGuire of Seymour.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2011 at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Darryl Douglas officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
