Beth Fish

Beth Fish, 64, passed away at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis at 8:55 p.m. on February 9, 2013. Mrs. Fish had lived in Seymour since she was 3 years old.
Born March 8, 1948 in Warrensburg, Missouri, Beth was the daughter of Robert and Bettye Jayne Jones Hartington. She graduated from Seymour High School in 1966 and later married James K. Fish. Beth was a member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and had been employed at Developmental Services, Inc. for the past 14 years.
Surviving family members include her husband, James K. Fish, her mother, Bettye Grubb, daughter, Kimberly Fish, brother, Bobby (Shelli) Deckard, grandson, Tyler Henthorne, aunt, Martha Young, two cousins, Pamela Tauler and Annette Young Waldkoetter, along with several brothers and sisters-in-law, too many to mention as well as step children.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hartington, her grandparents, Arthur and Eppa Jones, uncles, Leon and Harry Jones, step-father, James Mathew Grubb, and her first grandchild, Melody Storm Henthorne.

Funeral Information

A memorial service will be held February 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Seymour located at 1122 North O'Brien Street with Kevin Bell officiating. Friends may gather from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
