Anna Mae Webb, 96, of North Vernon passed away at 2:25 PM on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Majestic Care in North Vernon.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Sawyer – Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Rev. Frank McGee will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Burial will be in Bushnell National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at a later date.

Born in Mayking, KY on October 20, 1925, Anna was the daughter of Winston and Betty Ann Webb Gibson. She married Daniel Owen Webb on April 3, 1946. He preceded her in death on February 24, 2006.

Anna had worked at Arvins Industries, and for Dr. Leake in North Vernon. She was a seamstress, and a homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting, square dancing, and camping.

Anna is survived by sons, Billy Daniel Webb of Lakeland, FL, and Mike (Kathy) Webb of North Vernon; sister-in-law, Aline Gibson of North Vernon;  grandchildren, Michelle Brewer of FL, Billy (Stephanie) Flatt of FL, and Kristi (John) Gunn of North Vernon; great-grandchildren, Henry Tyler Brewer, Kadie Brianna Brewer, Nathaniel Louis Brewer, Autumn L. Flatt, Billy D. Flatt, Isom J. Flatt, Payton Webb, Mikayla (Gavin Bradt) Webb, Jaylan Robinette, Gavin Gunn, and Owen Webb; two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Barbara Posey; brother, Joe Gibson; sister, Ruby Fields; grandson, Mikey Webb.
