Alan Ray Gross, 43, of North Vernon, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at home.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 9, 2021, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Cremation was chosen.

Born on March 14, 1978, in Seymour, Alan was the loving son of Howard Gross and Sharon (Johnson) Fishburn. They survive.

Alan had worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Alan is survived by father, Howard (Joyce) Gross of Seymour; mother, Sharon (Michael) Fishburn of North Vernon; niece, Cheyenne Blevins of Brownstown; nephew, Cody Johnson of Seymour; sisters, Hee'dien Fishburn of North Vernon, and Angie (Kevin) Johnson of Seymour.
