The kindest and most sincere smile I've ever known, a truly infectious smile. And he smiled with his eyes. A monument of a man in his actions, and ever a kind and comforting word to share. Truly a joy to have worked with him and learn from the amazing example he set just by being his own best self. Godspeed, Dr. Miller.

Dr Miller was always great to work with, and always kept his cool no matter what was happening. As a new nurse to the OR years ago, it was a great relief to know I would be in his room the next day. Not just because he was great surgeon, but a great educator, and person.

Dr. Miller was a wonderful man who treated everyone with love and compassion. I was so blessed to know him and will pray for the entire family. Dr. Miller always treated us in MAs, nurses, & all staff as equals. Always greated with a hug and a smiling face. We will miss you tremendously.
