Mrs. Barbara E. Marsh

Barbara Elizabeth Marsh, 72, of North Vernon passed away at 10:35 A.M. Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Born May 3, 1939 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of Joseph and Eunice Maguire Papp. She married Edward E. Marsh. He preceded her in death in 1986.
She owned & operated Barbara’s Merle Norman in Columbus for many years.

Barbara is survived by one daughter, Tracie (Michael) Philpot of Fairfield, OH and three grandchildren, Noah, Caleb & Ava Philpot.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the family or the International Rett Syndrome Foundation in honor of her granddaughter Ava.
